Soon skazaka affects, no deal is done soon... In one small little-known town lived a family. All they had, and a job, and a big house and a lot of friends, that's just still something they lacked... they Woke up like that Saturday morning and decided to go for a walk to unwind. Got in the car and drove off. After a while they decided to stop and eat. We stopped in the cafe "Mistral", picked up the menu and was amazed at the variety and abundance of dishes! But most of all they liked the rice dish with the surprising title "Mint-lemon rice with chicken". They bought a pack of rice from TM "Mistral" and the three of us went home to try to reproduce incredibly tasty dish.

Cooking
Shallots, finely chop, garlic skip through chesnokodavilku and priusquam in vegetable oil.
Rice TM "Mistral" long grain Orient wash in running water and add to the onions. Mix that the each piece of rice is covered with oil. Cook for about 2-3 minutes stirring occasionally.
Then add lemon juice, hot water (boiling water), mint leaves and thyme, cover and cook on low heat for about 20 minutes until complete evaporation of water.
Cook the chicken separately. Onions, carrots, bulb fennel coarsely cut, put in a large kettle, add the sprigs of rosemary and thyme and simmer in the cauldron in vegetable oil for about 15 minutes.
Wash chicken drumsticks, sprinkle with spices ( I have allspice, paprika, salt, garlic powder).
Put the chicken pieces on top of vegetables, pour a glass of white wine, half a Cup of white wine vinegar and 1 Cup hot water (boiling water), close the lid and simmer on low heat for 1.5 hours.
Serve a bowl of rice embellished with a sprig of mint and slices of lemon with chicken.
