For pilaf I picked up Basmati Quinoa Mix (Blend of white aromatic rice and quinoa) 1 Cup.
In the bowl multivarki lightly fry in vegetable oil chopped onions, then add grated carrots. Hold together for a few minutes, remove to a plate.
Cut the meat into small pieces, fry in a bowl multivarki butter 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Return the onions and carrots in the slow cooker. Spread the rice with quinoa, add salt, add spices and raisins, a few cloves of garlic (whole), parsley. Pour a glass of water.
Close the valve from the slow cooker. To turn on the "Pilaf" 30 minutes. I multivarka-cooker.
