Meatballs with pistachio hat and brown rice
Delicious burgers with a twist. Hat made of pistachio nuts, greens, eggs, and biscuits turns out very fragrant, browned and crispy. A lovely addition to soft juicy meat. Garnish perfect brown rice and cherry tomatoes.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    400 г

  • Bread

Cooking

First put down the bag of rice in boiling salted water. Cook until tender, 35 minutes.

I use lean ground beef, you can add pork for juiciness. Two slices of dried baguette to make breadcrumbs in a blender. Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, tomato paste, 1 egg, salt and ground black pepper.

Knead the minced meat, divided into 4 parts and form flat patties. Fry the patties in vegetable oil on both sides until it will turn brown.

In a separate bowl, beat with a fork egg.

Of the remaining two slices of dried baguette to make breadcrumbs in a blender. Pistachio peel and chop. To the egg add the chopped herbs, breadcrumbs, pistachios, a little salt and pepper. Melt the butter and pour it into the bowl. Stir until smooth.

Patties to shift in a form or on a baking sheet. Sprinkle pistachio mixture. Slightly flatten, put in the oven for 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 200C.

Spread the rice out of the bag on a plate on the side to put the cutlets and garnish with cherry tomatoes.
