Buckwheat in a pan with fish balls
In a frying pan buckwheat is cooked much faster than in a pot. Offer to prepare a hearty and healthy dinner in a pan of buckwheat with the addition of fish balls.

  • Buckwheat

  • Vegetable oil

  • Water

Cooking

Pre-boil the fish fillets and chickpeas in salted water. Then cut fish fillets into pieces. chickpeas are also milled. Fish fillet add carrots (small grater) and chickpeas. Stir.

Add the egg, nutmeg and salt to taste. Mix well.

Then add semolina. Mix well. Minced fish balls is ready.

Mix the flour with turmeric. From minced fish to form balls and roll in flour.

Fish balls roll in the pan, so they are completely covered with vegetable oil and leave in one position (fry only the bottom). Fry the balls for about 2 minutes.

Water poured into the pan and salt to taste. When the water boils, add the buckwheat. Cook on slow fire under a slightly closed lid until tender. Ready buckwheat put the butter and stir.
