Liver with vegetables is very tasty! The liver in the marinade turns out soft and delicious. Soaking juice vegetables brimming with eye-popping flavor. And in combination with potatoes is just delicious.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    700 г

  • Onion

  • Apple

    2 шт

  • Tomato

    1 шт

  • Pepper

    1 шт

  • Chicken egg

    2 шт

  • Sugar

    1 ч. л.

  • Soy sauce

    3 ст. л.

  • Lemon juice

    2 ст. л.

  • Black pepper

    1 ч. л.

  • Parsley

  • Potatoes

    6 шт

Liver cut into large pieces.

For the marinade mix in a bowl of eggs, lemon juice, sugar, soy sauce, salt and black pepper. Mix thoroughly. Put in the marinade the liver and remove in the refrigerator for two hours.

The onion we shall cut half-rings.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil.

Tomato, pepper and apples cut into dice. To the onions add the vegetables and the liver. Fry the marinated liver with vegetables in few minutes.

Turn off the heat in the finished dish to add greenery.
