Risotto in red wine by Jamie Oliver
Cooked risotto with a prescription TO. It turned out another masterpiece. I want to share.

Ingredients

  • Figure

    350 г

  • Butter

    3 ст. л.

  • Onion

    1 шт

  • Tomato

    400 г

  • Rosemary

    1 шт

  • Semi-dry red wine

    1 стак.

  • Broth

    1,2 л

  • Parmesan

    40 г

1. Melt small amount of butter in a deep frying pan and saute onions.

2. Carefully squeeze the juice from the tomatoes, cut them and put in the pan to the onions along with the leaves of rosemary.

3. Add a fire. After one minute put in the pan the rice and the wine.

4. When it evaporate, the small portions add the broth. With each new batch stir the rice and wait until it will absorb the broth, then add the next portion. (The broth can stay.)

5. When the rice is ready (it should be hardish), turn off heat, add half of the grated Parmesan and remaining butter, stir, cover and leave for 5 min.

6. Before serving, sprinkle the risotto with the remaining Parmesan. BON APPETIT!
