Risotto oatmeal with mushrooms
Risotto oatmeal with mushrooms - nutritious dish. Perfect for thick and hearty, but no less helpful, Breakfast is sometimes so necessary.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    4 ст. л.

  • Mushrooms

    300 г

  • Mascarpone

    1 ст. л.

  • Parmesan

    2 ст. л.

  • Butter

    1 ст. л.

  • Olive oil

    1 ст. л.

  • Thyme

    4 шт

  • Salt

Pour water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Fall asleep oats in a saucepan. Add salt. Cook on low heat under a lid until tender.

I took oat cereals of TM Mistral.

Cut the mushrooms.

Fry the mushrooms in a pan adding butter and olive oil. Add the thyme.

Mix oatmeal with butter, mascarpone and grated Parmesan cheese. Add salt, pepper.

Add the mushrooms and stir.

Spread risotto on a plate. Add a few drops of olive oil. Decorate with a sprig of thyme. Bon appetit!
