For a long time in the phone catches the eye photo with this recipe that I found in some magazine 100 years ago, and today finally decided to cook. The result exceeded all my expectations!!! Very tasty, and my husband happy))) the Only negative - expensive work.

Wash the fish, pour lemon, sprinkle with pepper (who need salt to taste), chopped herbs, cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator to marinate for at least an hour.
The fish put on the foil for each steak and put the slices of mozzarella, then connect the edges of the foil so that they do not touch the cheese.
Sent in a preheated 190 degree oven and bake 20 minutes.
As a side dish I served a salad of arugula, tomatoes and mozzarella. Bon appetit!
