Cooking
First make a puree of seaweed. Specifically, it is a paste - the sauce but perfect as a "cement" for the meatballs. Boiled sea cabbage and onions (in the ratio 1:1) slice and fry in a pan with soya sauce and a mixture of peppers.
Grind using a blender. I must say, the resulting pate is delicious as spreads, and good for stuffing vegetables, especially in combination with cereals. And I wanted to fry the meatballs. A spoonful or two of this paste you can put it everywhere, enriching the dish with vitamins.
As a cereal component I chose couscous TM Mistral. Pour the grits into the pot, pour hot water, add a tablespoon of vegetable oil, cover. After 5 minutes vzryhlite with a fork. The couscous is ready.
Mix it with ground seaweed and onions (about two tablespoons with slide).
Oat flakes grind in a coffee grinder, not to the flour, leaving small pieces.
Formed little meatballs for 50 grams, dip them in oatmeal batter.
Fry in vegetable oil. From this quantity of ingredients is obtained approximately 6 pieces the Meatballs hold their shape well when frying.
Can be served with any vegetable sauce, for example, with chutney of dried apricots and vegetables.
