Prepare your ingredients.
Chicken liver wash and remove plenochki. Cut into 2-3 parts, put in a saucepan or in the frying pan with a thick bottom and high walls. Stew under lid on medium heat for 7 minutes.
At that time, prepare the vegetables. Onions finely chop, carrots and ginger three on a small grater, celery cut into strips (if You don't want to see celery in the finished dish, then slice it smaller).
Add the vegetables to the liver and stew under cover another 10 minutes. (If necessary, add in a saucepan with a little water)
In a separate container mix in 150-200 ml of boiling water, sour cream, 2 tbsp tomato paste and 2 tbsp flour.
After our pechenocna was potosinas with vegetables, and they are soft, pour in a saucepan the mixture of sour cream and tomato paste. Add salt, coriander and herbs to taste. Stirring, bring everything to a boil, reduce fire and wait until the sauce thickens. When the sauce thickens, the dish is ready!
