Cooking
Garlic cut into slices and fry in olive oil.
Spread tomato paste. If the paste is too thick, add a little water (paste should not be too liquid, so the water is important not to overdo it!) Cut feta in small cubes, add to the tomato paste. Mix 4. Cover, simmer 20 minutes on low heat.
Cut the Basil leaves in half if large, leave small way. 5 minutes until cooked tomato paste add Basil, stir, simmer and remove from heat.
Mince fry until cooked, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.
When the meat is ready, combine it with our sauce. Mix well.
When serving food sauce spread on the cooked pasta.
