Didn't know where to put the remaining rice pudding and I got a great use for it! Found the recipe in my cookbook that I got in 10 years. Called "what's Cooking". The kids loved it. No one even realized that these sandwiches from leftover rice porridge! By the way, the same thing happened 130 kcal, for those who believe.

Cooking

step-0
Take the finished rice porridge or cook it on your habits. I first boil on maximum heat in a small quantity of water, then pour the hot milk on low heat under the lid, bring to readiness. Add the butter and add 0,5 tbsp of sugar. Porridge needs to cool off.
step-1
Soak gelatin in a little cold boiled water.
step-2
Beat one egg with the other half of the sugar.
step-3
To chop nuts.
step-4
Mix beaten egg with nuts and combine with porridge. If you get watery, add flour. The dough should be slightly thinner than cutlets stuffing.
step-5
Take a tablespoon of the dough, dip them in the egg.
step-6
Then roll in breadcrumbs
step-7
Pour vegetable oil into the pan. Put the lumps, press them, giving them a kind of dumpling.
step-8
Fry on both sides.
step-9
Gelatin heat, without boiling, add jam (it is better that it was smooth without the berries, although the berries may also be interesting to have) and refrigerate until firm. I added another just in case, 1 tbsp starch to quickly and better frozen.
step-10
When turned to jelly, pull it from the mold and cut into plates with a thickness of about 0.8-1 cm Put the slices on one tortilla to cover the other and sprinkle with icing sugar. It was very interesting. I got 5 things small. If you do more, just increase all the products proportionally.
