Fillet cut into pieces
Chopped fillet and crackers mince (the breadcrumbs will absorb the juice and the meatballs are delicious)
Add the egg, finely chopped greens, season with salt and pepper. To add a lot of mayonnaise, carefully mix and allow to stand for 20 minutes
Sculpt round cakes, roll in flour and fry both sides in vegetable oil
