Description
This recipe is good versatility. You can choose any pasta, pork chops safely replace bacon, chicken or sausage. Salsa can be used as a dressing for vegetable salad or as a marinade for meat. Feel free to add tarragon instead of mint, Basil or thyme, and instead of a Chile pepper, you can use Bulgarian. Experiment!

Cooking
Whisk the egg, add the cream and grated cheese.
While cooking pasta, make salsa. To do this, chop the greens, garlic, chili pepper and a sprig of tarragon.
Add 5 tablespoons of olive oil. Grind in a blender.
Slice the tomato, dice and add to salsa.
Drain and toss pasta with olive oil.
Heat a pan with 1 tbsp. of olive oil. Saute the onion and ham until Golden brown. Onions is better to take red, and the most delicious pork chops – REMIT.
Add the pasta and pour all the sauce of cream, eggs, and cheese. Stir and leave for 30 seconds. Ready, to serve.
Decorate the paste of chili pepper and a sprig of tarragon. Next put a spoonful of spicy salsa. Optionally, you can sprinkle on her pasta, but I prefer a separate. Bon appetit!
