Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
Buckwheat to fall asleep in a saucepan with a thick bottom, pour 2 cups cold inlets, salt to taste and cook 20 minutes on weak fire to readiness. Cover with a towel or lid and let stand another 10-20 minutes.
Mushrooms cut into 4-6 pieces, onion cut into feathers.
Sausages cut into 2-3 cm kruglyashi
Sauté the mushrooms, onions and sausages in vegetable oil for 4-5 minutes. Mix fried ingredients with buckwheat and chopped parsley leaves. Put the finished dish in a wooden or clay plate. Bon appetit from Cherkizovo!
