Cooking
The liver is cut into flat pieces, season with salt and breaded in flour.
On a well-heated pan pour vegetable with olive oil of TM "Oleyna"

In a saucepan pour the wine, add the honey and lemon juice. On the stove bring to the boil and uvarovite wine to 2/3 of the volume, then pour in the balsamic vinegar and simmer for 1 more minute. remove from heat.

In a deep skillet in vegetable oil fry onions until Golden brown,
