Cooking
As the main ingredient acts as a sun-dried Turkish sausage sujuk. She will add rice to the sharpness and spicy aroma. Sausage cut into slices and fry with onions in vegetable oil. I do it in the slow cooker in mode "Baking".
Basmati is my favourite rice variety. Crumbly, fragrant in itself. Perfect for this dish.
