Liver and gravy
In our family all love the food from the liver. I have tried many recipes for liver, and trial and error, found a simple, fast, delicious recipe. The liver is soft, juicy, tender!!! Try it, you will not regret!!! Yes, and this is my first recipe on the website, do not judge strictly, please.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    500 г

  • Vegetable oil

  • Water

  • Flour

    3 ст. л.

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

  • Salt

Liver rinse, remove the membranes, cut into wedges, not too thin, 1.5 cm, put into a bowl, add 2 tbsp flour, mix well so that the liver was full of flour

Heat oil in a pan, fry the livers, stirring, 3 minutes, preferably in two stages so that the liver does not have time to give the juice. Put the liver on a plate or paper towel.

At the same oil to fry onions and carrots until Golden brown, then add the remaining flour and another 3 minutes to fry.

Add to the onions and carrots our liver, mix well.

Then, stirring constantly, gradually pour in the boiling water (to avoid lumps). Now you can add salt and seasoning I have ground black pepper and dried herbs. Cover, diminish the fire and cook our gravy for 10 more minutes, do not forget to stir.
