Rice with vegetables
Autumn was generous harvest. That's why no dinner is complete without vegetables. Rice adds nutrition to the dish. It's simple, fast and delicious!

Prepare the products.

Cook the rice in bags (amber TM "Mistral") in lightly salted water for 15 minutes. Let cool for a bag of rice.

While cooking the rice, clean and chop the onion. Carrots grate or cut into strips.

Peeled and cut into julienne the zucchini.

Cleaned and cut into strips bell pepper.

Cut into julienne pickled cucumber.

Cut into thin strips cooked smoked meat.

A deep pan is put on the fire. Pour the vegetable oil. Put chopped onion and bell pepper, grated carrots. Fry for 2-3 minutes.

Then add sliced zucchini, pickled cucumber and smoked meat.

Simmer the vegetables for 5 minutes.

Add boiled rice. Add salt to taste.

Add 100 ml chicken broth. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
