Millet with liver balls
Simple in execution recipe at the cottage or a tasty, quick dinner.

Ingredients

  • Millet

  • Chicken liver

  • Dill

  • Onion

  • Sunflower oil

    2 ст. л.

  • Butter

    20 г

  • Soy sauce

For cooking I used millet "gold" TM Mistral. Millet has a uniform bright yellow color, pleasant aroma and unique taste. Boil the millet in water for about 25 minutes, so put in boiling water a bag of millet and proceed to cook liver balls.

Boiled eggs to grate on a coarse grater.

Add the chopped garlic, stir.

Add chopped cooked liver, stir.

Add fried in sunflower oil onions, chopped dill and soy sauce to taste.

Grind the mass until smooth in a blender. Add the melted butter.

The hepatic mass roll into balls the size of a walnut. Put in the refrigerator, if millet is not ready yet.
