Very tasty, hearty nest with minced chicken. Can be used both in cold and in hot. And most importantly, quickly prepared.

Cooking
Prepare the filling. In a small bowl, put thawed ground beef, one onion (finely chopped) and potatoes (grated on a coarse grater). Salt and pepper to taste. All mix well. In the filling you can add chopped cabbage, if desired.
Chop onion, carrot grate on a coarse grater, all roasted in sunflower oil until Golden brown.
While fried onions and carrots (great stir), stuffed with our "nests". Since we have enough stuffing, the base pasta "nests" can be a bit of stretch. After quickly prepare the dressing: in a small amount of water to dissolve tomato paste and seasoning (I added seasoning "12 vegetables" it contains salt, this salt is not added).
Put "nest" in the pan and fill it with filling, if necessary, add a little more water to refill almost closed "nest". Close the roof and cook on low heat for 30 minutes.
In the end, you can add greens, I had dried dill. Bon appetit!!!
