Pancakes made from chicken liver
The recipe I saw in the morning transfer. In it, the chef had cooked the cutlets from the liver. I decided to try and slightly modifying the basic recipe. Unfortunately this morning did not have garlic and eggs, and therefore they were not included. I must say that the liver is still a product for everybody. The pancakes turned out thin, perfectly upside down. The flavor is delicate, the liver is very subtly brings out the flavor of the pancakes. I liked they're cold.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    500 г

  • Oat flakes

    2/3 стак.

  • Milk

    200 мл

  • Cilantro

    2 ст. л.

  • Chicken egg

    1 шт

  • Garlic

    2 зуб.

  • Vegetable oil

    5 ст. л.

  • Salt

    1 ч. л.

Liver is cleaned from films and excess fat, measure out cereal and milk

Liver scroll grinder or chipper, flakes pour the hot milk and allow to swell. Cilantro and garlic finely chop

Mix all ingredients, add 3 tbsp small and 1 raw egg.

Preheat the pan (I have a thick bottom) and start to bake pancakes

They turn good. Oil I added only at the beginning of baking, and then baked on a dry pan

Here such it turned out pancakes. I served them with tomato (own manufacture) sauce and pickled cucumbers. They are also suitable for the sauce of sour cream, parsley and dill
