Description

Garnish the vegetable with wild rice
Wholesome, hearty dish. Can act as a side dish, or as a standalone course. Great during dieting, fasting. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Wild rice

    50 г

  • Celery root

    0,5 шт

  • Pepper

    1 шт

  • Onion

    1 шт

  • Leeks

    1 шт

  • Mushrooms

    100 г

  • Greens

    1 пуч.

  • Dry white wine

    100 мл

  • Salt

  • Pepper white

  • Olive oil

Cooking

In salted water cook until cooked rice. I figure TM Mistral wild rice.

Celery clean and cut into wedges. Clean and cut peppers. On a small amount of oil simmer the vegetables over medium heat, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes.

Add the onions, cut into cube, rings of the leeks, slices mushrooms. Simmer for 6-8 minutes. Add chopped greens (I have chard). Pour in the wine. Salt, pepper. Simmer for another 5 minutes.

Add to vegetables rice. Stir and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Bon appetit! In the post the wine can be replaced by vegetable broth.
