Chicken roll with mint cheese and carrots
This tender, juicy and quick chicken roll is ideal for sudden arrival of guests or at a dinner when a little time. Try it ;)

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    320 г

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Dutch cheese

    50 г

  • Carrots

    3/4 шт

  • Garlic

For this dish I used a rice Indica Gold.

Boil water for rice, omit the tea bags and boil until tender.

Chicken fillet cut along, to deploy the "little book", slightly repel, salt and pepper, put on sheet of foil.

Bake at 200*C for 20 minutes until tender, then carefully cut into pieces.

Bags of ready rice to cast away on a colander, to drain the water. Rice neatly release from the bags, laying out in a convenient bowl, add butter and prisolit, mix well. Rice spread out on plates with a ring, decorate with mint, add the pieces of roll, sprinkle with mixture of peppers and serve.
