Chicken with Bay leaf salt and rice
I suggest you to prepare delicious chicken in Laurel salt with rice and aromatic sauce for 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • Figure

  • Chicken fillet

  • Fennel

    0,5 ч. л.

  • Bay leaf

  • Cider

    150 мл

  • Mustard

    1 ст. л.

  • Sour cream

    2 ст. л.

  • Butter

    2 ст. л.

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Boil the rice bags according to instructions.

While cooking the rice. mash in a mortar or the bowl of fennel seeds and whole Bay leaf 1 tbsp. salt.

You should get a homogeneous mass. Wipe it through a sieve.

Cut the chicken fillets into thin and small strips. Coat the chicken pieces with olive oil, season fragrant with salt and sauté, stirring occasionally, over medium heat, until soft and chicken is Golden brown.

Put on the fire a small pan, pour it in a cider and mustard.

Bring to the boil and add the sour cream, let boil again and turn heat down to a minimum. Hold the sauce until thickened.

Remove the pan from heat, add butter, stir and season with salt and pepper to taste. The sauce is ready!

After 30 minutes, remove from the pan the cooked rice, cut the bag and spread on a dish

Serve rice with chicken pieces, drenched with the juice formed during the cooking process. And to the rice we served the sauce. Bon appetit!
