Cooking
To prepare meatballs. Three pieces of bread to soak in milk and, without pressing, add in the minced meat. Mix well. Beat the egg, salt, pepper and knead thoroughly. The meat should be stirred at least 5 min. Then the meatballs will be dense, yet tender texture.
Molded from minced meat meatballs the size of a medium walnut.
Roll each in flour and fry in 2 tbsp preheated oil, turning often, 7 min.
Toasted almond and garlic grind in a processor along with the crusts of the loaf left after cooking meatballs.
Onions clear, finely chop and fry in a pan in a preheated remaining oil, 6 min.
Add to the onions canned beans with ketchup, stir and fry. Reduce heat.
Add to the pot of ground almonds and meatballs, mix well. Remove from heat and leave the lid on for 5 min.
