Zucchini with pumpkin and green peas
A simple dish of seasonal vegetables for each day. The perfect combination of pumpkin, zucchini, green peas with aromatic herbs and spices.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    250 г

  • Pumpkin

    100 г

  • Green peas

    150 г

  • Chili

    1 шт

  • Parsley

    2 ст. л.

  • Mint

    1 ч. л.

  • Vegetable oil

    2 ст. л.

  • Cumin

    1/2 ч. л.

  • Turmeric

    1/4 ч. л.

  • Coriander

    1 ч. л.

  • Salt

    1/2 ч. л.

  • Sesame

In skillet, heat oil, add cumin and finely chopped chili pepper without seeds. Fry until Browning pepper.

Zucchini and squash peel and seeds. Cut the vegetables into 2 cm cubes, place in pan. Add the coriander, turmeric, mint, and parsley. Simmer under closed lid on medium heat for 10 minutes.

Add green peas and salt, mix well and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Serve hot, sprinkled lightly with sesame seeds. Can be used as a standalone dish or as a side dish to meat or poultry.
