I saw the recipe for this stew a long time in the magazine "Lisa". Loved the recipe and decided to cook this dish.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

Cooking

Onion cut into small cubes, finely chop the garlic.

In a pan fry the mince with onions and garlic.

Add tomato paste, pour in the stock and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.

Zucchini cut into slices, tomatoes-diced, mix well. Put in a frying pan to the mince and simmer for 10 minutes.

Corn drain in a colander and add to the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Add herbs or spice blend "herbes de Provence" and simmer for another 5-10 minutes. At the request of the prepared dish sprinkle with the spicy greens.
