Braised chicken wings with chickpeas
I want to share with you the recipe fragrant chicken stewed in nectarinia sauce. The food is quite tasty, tender and filling. Nektariny sauce gives the dish a little sweetness and appealing fragrance. Sorry not to give you this unique taste and aroma of this dish.

Ingredients

  • Chicken wings

  • Chickpeas

  • Carrots

    1 шт

  • Onion

    1 шт

  • The juice of a freshly squeezed

    200 мл

  • Basil

  • Ginger

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Vegetable oil

Cut each wing into 3 pieces.

Put in a dish and add the Basil, salt and pepper to taste. Stir. Allow to stand for 20 minutes.

2 large peaches get fresh juice.

Juice pour into a saucepan and put on slow fire. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

The chickpeas soak in water overnight for swelling. Chickpeas pre-boil in salted water.

Wings spread in a pan and cover with the sauce. Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool a little and serve.
