Cooking
Peel the onion and finely chop it.
Dissolve starch in small amount of cold water, add soy sauce (Kikkoman), chopped onion and mix well.
Wash, peel the eggplant and zucchini. Cut into cubes.
Heat the pan and fry in vegetable oil (can use olive oil) our vegetables.
Then pour the vegetables cooked in our seasoning and sauté for about 2 minutes.
In the end add chopped (small grater) garlic.
This dish can be served as a standalone and as a side dish (preferably hot).
