Chicken with fruit and cranberry sauce

Ingredients

  • Cinnamon

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Ginger

    1/2 ч. л.

  • Olive oil

    1 ст. л.

  • Honey

    1 ст. л.

  • Berry sauce

    4 ч. л.

  • Butter

    50 г

Mix in separate bowl all the spices, add the olive oil and all mix well. RUB with prepared spice chicken (I had the drumstick and wings).

In a pan, heat the butter and fry the chicken on high heat until Golden brown.

Then remove the chicken from the pan to a separate plate and in the pan put onion and fry it until Golden brown.

To the onions add the apricots, stir and continue to cook for another 2 minutes.

Now put the chicken back in the pan with the onions and apricots, add a little water and leave to stew under the lid for 30 minutes.

And meanwhile, let us pears need to be peeled and cut into 4 pieces, not forgetting to remove the seeds. In a skillet melt the butter and add pears, honey, cranberry sauce - cook 5 minutes, gently turning the pears.

Place the chicken with onions and apricots on a large platter, spread on top of pears and pour the sauce. Sprinkle with parsley. Bon appetit!
