Cooking
Prepare the ingredients, then boil the rice, tomatoes problanshirovat 2 minutes, remove the skins. To prepare onion (finely chopped) and garlic (2 cloves).
Preheat the pan, add 2 tbsp olive oil and fry until soft onions and garlic. Add the tomato paste and fry for 5 minutes.
In the mixture add the tomatoes, stir, season with salt, add the thyme (thyme). Cover the pan with a lid and simmer for 20-25 minutes on a small fire.
While stewed tomato sauce, prepare the ingredients for stuffing. Finely grate the carrots, cut leek, finely into cubes, chop celery, cut pepper and garlic. All vegetables fry in a pan in olive oil until tender.
Three on a small grater cheese, add to the bowl with the tomatoes cheese and cooked rice, stir.
The roasted vegetables cool, and add to the bowl with the tomatoes, cheese and rice. Also add one egg and thoroughly kneaded.
From the resulting meat formed mud pies, also cut into slices Dutch cheese, and mozzarella. In the pan where you roasted the vegetables, fry on all sides our mud pies.
Fried cakes; put in pan (pan should be heavy), add already prepared tomato sauce, miles from anywhere, put Dutch cheese slice in the pan with the mozzarella cheese and the remaining mozzarella. Cover with a lid and simmer 25-30 minutes on low heat.
Prepare greens and put on the table. I still have some mozzarella and tomatoes, I made mud pies for a snack "A La Caprese" ;)
