Tender chicken with cheese and herbs
My kids just love meatballs, so for me it's endless experiments and search of new tastes. Today I want to share with you the meatballs of veal and Turkey with cheese.

Ingredients

  • Veal

    500 г

  • Turkey

    500 г

  • Dill

    1/2 пуч.

  • Parsley

    1/2 пуч.

  • Soy sauce

    5 ст. л.

  • Black pepper

  • Garlic

    2 зуб.

  • Chicken egg

    1 шт

  • Adyghe cheese

    300 г

  • Vegetable oil

    4 ст. л.

Cooking

Turkey and veal prepare the meat. Mix.

Greens wash, dry paper towel, chop and add to stuffing. Season with pepper and soy sauce (3 tbsp).

Add the egg and the garlic squeezed out by pressure.

Mix everything well and beat off the meat.

Cheese cut into small thin slices.

From stuffing form a pellet, in the middle put cheese on top cover with the same pellet and form a Patty.

In a hot frying pan pour 2 tbsp oil, fry cutlets from both sides, every 2-3 minutes.

Ready lay the meatballs in a separate bowl and keep warm.

Once all the meatballs are fried, return them back into the pan along with the separated juice, make a fire as quietly as possible (I have electric stove, I put on 3) sprinkle chops with soy sauce (2 tablespoons), and simmer for about 12-15 minutes.
