The bulgur I discovered just a week ago, tried the recipe of one of povarenkov - meatballs with this cereal. I really liked it and I decided to improvise). On the website I found lazy stuffed cabbage with bulgur, rice everywhere. And the taste is different. And most importantly for me-they are very tasty the next day, in contrast to meats with rice. But this is my subjective opinion)

All the products in the collection
Pour the bulgur wheat 100ml boiling water, leave for 10 min
Mix the minced meat, cabbage, onion, bulgur along with remaining water, add the egg, salt, pepper
In a deep pan pour vegetable oil, put the cabbage rolls
Prepare the gravy. 400 ml of cold water add sour cream and tomato paste, stir, season with salt and pepper
Carefully fill the cabbage rolls with gravy
Simmer 40 minutes over medium heat
