Let's start with the fact that the yogurt I made myself and the first time with the help of the leaven of Orsik. Everything according to the instructions on the package. Milk slightly warmed, dissolve yeast in it and sent in the oven for 8 hours at 40*, and then cooled. Turned out delicious and healthy kefir.
Now for the meat. Fillet cut into the plates and slightly repel from two sides.
In a bowl pour the yogurt, ketchup, add the grated garlic, salt and pepper.
Mix and dip each piece in the marinade.
Putting everything into a separate bowl and leave to marinate at least 2 hours.
In a skillet heat oil and fry the pieces for 2-3 minutes on each side.
