Vegetable casserole with mushrooms
I cooked a lot of dishes from zucchini and potatoes, I love their combination. Suddenly an idea came to the meals, decided to search, found this recipe, then came up with myself. I want to share with you, hope you enjoy it.

Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise

Here are our products: all almost always have on hand, zucchini took only half, because it was too big. I used all the minimum, respectively the baking dish. You can double it then there will be more.

Potato peel, grate on a coarse grater, grate the zucchini also.

Mushrooms wash and cut into not too large cubes.

Bow clean, cut into pieces. My tomatoes and cut into small cubes.

The most interesting part of this recipe is how we put these products in layers. In the form slightly greased with vegetable oil, spread half of the potatoes, a little salt (just a pinch). Then the top half of grated zucchini, also add salt a little bit and lightly grease with vegetable oil (if you are fast, can and the usual spread even a little more).

Spread on top of sliced mushrooms, onion, can also add salt. Then the second half of the zucchini and top with tomatoes.

And the last layer is potatoes, a little salt and grease with mayonnaise. It gives the casserole an unusual soft and very subtle taste.

Put in preheated oven for 50 minutes to bake... And here is our tasty, fragrant and juicy zapekanok ready. Bon appétit!
