Potato patties lean
Offer You a recipe easy to prepare potato cutlets with green peas. They are lovely either hot or cold. Can be served as a separate dish and vegetable side dish. I treat people who are Fasting. And look forward to it. The whole week is not vegetable oil, so the weekend really want something fried and this recipe is a lifesaver. Burgers are very flavorful and juicy. My whole family (not fasting) waiting for me to cook them. Try not to regret it!!!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

  • Tomato

  • Green peas

    3 ст. л.

  • Ginger

    0.5 ч. л.

  • Cumin

    1 ч. л.

  • Turmeric

    0.5 ч. л.

  • Coriander

    0.5 ч. л.

  • Black pepper

    1 щепот.

  • Salt

    0.5 ч. л.

  • Flour

  • Vegetable oil

  • Greens

    1 ч. л.

  • Curry

    0.5 ч. л.

Cooking

Boil potatoes in their skins until tender. It is in the uniform. Tried clean - gluten is not the same. Cool.

Peel. Potato crush them with a pestle into a puree.

Tomato peel, cut into small pieces.

Coriander crushed in a mortar. Mix all the spices.

In a bowl mix potato, tomato, corn, peas and spices.
