Description
Offer You a recipe easy to prepare potato cutlets with green peas. They are lovely either hot or cold. Can be served as a separate dish and vegetable side dish. I treat people who are Fasting. And look forward to it. The whole week is not vegetable oil, so the weekend really want something fried and this recipe is a lifesaver. Burgers are very flavorful and juicy. My whole family (not fasting) waiting for me to cook them. Try not to regret it!!!

Cooking
Boil potatoes in their skins until tender. It is in the uniform. Tried clean - gluten is not the same. Cool.
Peel. Potato crush them with a pestle into a puree.
Tomato peel, cut into small pieces.

In a bowl mix potato, tomato, corn, peas and spices.
Add greens, salt and mix again.
On the table, pour the flour. Gently form small balls, roll them in flour and form patties.
In a pan heat the vegetable oil and fry patties on both sides until Golden brown
That's such a lovely, and most importantly vkusnye cakes turned out.
