Cooking
Prepare the products.
Carrot RUB on a small grater, vegetables and cut herbs.
In a blender grind the onion, garlic and tomatoes...
In a Cup of vegetables juice add salt.
Take a piece of bread, put in a Cup of vegetable juice. Then the bread soaked in the juice, put it in our chickens. The chicken is put into a Cup and pour vegetable juice. Leave for 1-1.5 hours.
After this time remove the chicken from the marinade, remove the bread. Inside lay the chicken vegetable mixture (cake of vegetables + vegetable oil + 1 clove garlic). Secure the seam with toothpicks.
Put the chicken in the oven bag. Bake for 1 hour at 150-170 degrees.
Take out of the package. Add the boiled potatoes and put into the oven for another 15-20 minutes.
