Chicken hearts
The name of the dish came by itself. I originally planned to make the hearts, as a Supplement in the contest, but found no need for a competitive product and had to improvise. It is difficult to determine to the kitchen of the people to include this dish, it's a hodgepodge ))

  • Ketchup

We cut all unnecessary. I cut the place where the grease and the valve. I know that not everyone does, but personally I don't like s/h in the dish. In the end it turns out everything is beautiful )

Now in the hearts add the soy sauce, ketchup and honey, which is better to reheat it to a liquid state. Leave for 15 minutes at room temperature.

After this time add to the hearts chopped parsley and stir. Let 5-10 minutes will stand.

Starch dilute with cold boiled water.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. I added turmeric in oil because I love the color it gives the dish. You can't do it again.

Put the hearts together with the marinade. The fire must be large. Stir fry until the moment when the marinade evaporated.

Pour diluted starch. Make the heat medium or a little less interfering and wait, when all will thicken slightly. When I started to thicken, cover with a lid and simmer for 20 minutes.

Hearts for a long time to extinguish is not necessary otherwise it will become hard. Everything is ready, you can apply.
