Meatballs with spinach
Offer to cook healthy meatballs with gentle sauce.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    300 г

  • Soy sauce

    1 ст. л.

  • Yolk egg

    1 шт

  • Spinach

    1 пуч.

  • Sour cream

    5 ст. л.

From chicken breast to make the stuffing, add Kikkoman soy sauce.

Add egg yolk, 1 tbsp sour cream and 2/3 of the spinach, mix well. Good to beat the meat to remove air and place in refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.

Shape the balls, put in a greased form. Bake until Golden brown in the oven at 160 degrees for 10 min.

Mix remaining sour cream and spinach

Pour the meatballs and cook under the lid for another 5 - 10 minutes
