Description
Very tasty dish, does not require a lot of time and worries. Is a finely chopped chicken, fried with onions, bell pepper, paprika, coriander. At the end of cooking added corn.

Cooking
Used separated the meat from the bones. Meat wash, dry, cut off all unnecessary. The bones can be removed in the freezer and then use to make the broth.
Chop the onion very finely. In a hot frying pan heated 2 tbsp oil, the chicken and fry it for 5 minutes. Then add onion and fry it until transparent, stirring occasionally so it does not burnt (about 5 minutes). Add the coriander, salt, paprika, red pepper.
Add tomato paste and broth (water). Stew under cover for about 10 minutes, add the chopped pepper and stew until ready (about 15 minutes). Finally add the flour and, stirring occasionally, simmer until thick.
At the last minute, add canned corn, stir. Before serving, sprinkle with herbs.
