Hearty, but light meal

Ingredients

  • Beans

  • Tomato

  • Pepper

    1 шт

  • Garlic

    1 зуб.

  • Greens

  • Chicken egg

    3 шт

  • Milk

first, boil 20-30 minutes our beans in pods

take 2 tomatoes - cut into circles,and bell pepper - thin strips, then add to beans and don't forget about the garlic clove (it can crush, because then it is retrieved) fry all in sunflower oil for 5 minutes

Prepare the filling of eggs and milk + spices to taste + freshly grated (finely) cheese

..and add to the vegetables, close the lid, cook for 5-7 minutes more (until vegetables are "acquainted" with zalivochka...)

To this dish I have prepared a light salad: shredded young cabbage and made a sour cream + a bit of greenery
