Stuffed zucchini in tomato sauce
A great dish to season vegetables. Zucchini stuffed with wild mushrooms and ground meat in a spicy tomato sauce with aromatic notes of hyssop.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

  • Soy sauce

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Tomato

  • Mozzarella

  • Cherry tomatoes

Prepare the ingredients.

Zucchini, cut crosswise into slices thickness 2 see

Mushrooms finely chop. Prepare stuffing. In a bowl put the chopped mushrooms, minced meat, sliced onion, add soy sauce, stir. If necessary, lightly season with salt

To the chopped tomatoes add the olive oil, sugar, pepper, if necessary add salt. Add a pinch of hyssop. Put tomato sauce with cherry tomatoes in an ovenproof form.

Zucchini stuff received stuffing, put in tomato sauce..

Bake in a preheated 180 degrees oven for 35 minutes. Remove the form with the zucchini out of the oven. Mozzarella balls, cut and place on zucchini.
