Chicken in broth with carrots and zucchini
Very quick, tasty and healthy. Dish without any problems, a quick hand. Great to do after work for 20-30 minutes with bags from the Mistral. In this case, I took the buckwheat but it will be great with rice.

Ingredients

  • Chicken thigh

Put water under buckwheat and the chicken on the stove. Vegetables wash, peel. Onions cut into rings, garlic cut into slices so that they lard chicken thighs. With the thighs removed the skin and fat, washed, dried.

One carrot grate, the second cut into rings. Zucchini cut along the "kruglyashi". In the thighs with a knife, make pockets and insert back garlic cloves.

At the bottom of the pan spread the grated carrots on it -onions, onion -thigh.

On top lay the carrot slices and zucchini.

Pour hot salted water, put it on the stove. In boiling salted water in another pot put the bags of buckwheat and cook them according to the instructions on the box. Put in the chicken at the end of cooking peppers, peas and Bay leaf.
