Description
Gratin - baked dish of various products, invented in France, its main distinguishing feature delicious baked crust. Many recipes for this dish contain huge, in my opinion, the amount of cheese, butter and cream, absolutely clogging the delicate flavor of the vegetables and other ingredients, and a delicious Golden crust that beautifully and with a different approach.

Peel the potatoes, cut the potatoes and zucchini on the roundels, 0.5 cm thick, add salt and pepper, add the nutmeg, crushed and chopped garlic without the Central rod, grease a refractory form of butter and put "bags" of potatoes and zucchini (see photo)
RUB on a grater cheese and bread, mix bread crumbs and grated cheese, generously sprinkled, stacked the vegetables on top.
