Cooking
Pearl barley TM "Mistral" pour water, leave for 8 hours, boil in salted water 25 minutes.
Onions finely chop, fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown. Carrots, celery and tomatoes cut into small pieces, add to the onions, sauté 5 minutes.
Shred cabbage, add to the vegetables, sauté 5 minutes.
From the beans to drain the fluid. Beans, along with cooked barley to add to the stew, season with salt and pepper, simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
