1. Pork cut into pieces not very small, but not large. Onions cut into rings. Meat to shift in a big bowl, add all the spices. Finely chopped cilantro. Then sprinkle the onion. On top of the onions pour soy sauce. Onion mash well with your hands. Salt sauce the onions will immediately begin to extract the juice. Then mix the onions with the meat.
3. The meat then cover and put into the refrigerator for 3 hours. Then I pulled the meat from the marinade, since we went on a picnic.
4. The meat is then strung on skewers. Roast on the grill until tender. Serve skewers with fresh herbs and vegetables. Bon appetit!
