Description
Chicken nuggets are chunks of fillet in breadcrumbs. You can make nuggets out of ground or melkorublenyh meat, as for breading, you can use bread crumbs, oatmeal or corn flakes.

Cooking
Mix meat with salt, seasoning, add the wine and leave for 20 minutes.
Egg whisk with a fork and add milk.
Meat dipped in egg-milk mixture, then in cereal mixed with breadcrumbs.
Form cover with foil. Lay out the nuggets and pour the remaining mixture. Put a Bay leaf. Cover with a lid, put in oven. After about 20 minutes to cover the nuggets with sour cream and send again in the oven.
When the nuggets are ready, sprinkle cheese, grated on a coarse grater and place in oven to cheese is melted.
