This dish cooked for me in childhood by my grandmother. I like it because it turns out solyanochka sweet taste, though a single gram of sugar need not be added. So, it's simple. Grate some carrots on a coarse grater.
The meat and sausage cut into cubes. Cabbage shinkuem thin strips.
In vegetable oil fry for about five minutes some carrots.
Add to it the sausage-meat.
Add the cabbage, sprinkle with salad, pour 100 ml of boiling water, cover with a lid and tormented on low heat. Be sure to stir. Water to add as needed. Solyanochka have to be in the juice (not to burn),but a lot of the water does not need enough on the bottom.
Solyanochka ready once the cabbage is tender.
