Steamed vegetables with meat
In Tashkent fifteen years ago I was treated domlama I really liked this dish but it takes a long time to cook after trial and error came to the following recipe. Vegetables are in their own juice. Nothing difficult to handle even for a beginner.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 г

  • Onion

  • Carrots

    2 шт

  • Pepper

  • Tomato

    6 шт

  • Eggplant

    3 шт

  • Zucchini

    3 шт

  • Garlic

    1 г

  • Khmeli-suneli

    1,5 ч. л.

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Cut the meat into cubes not very large. We cut the onions. Carrots three on a grater. Cut the rest of it. Tomato, pepper.

Cut zucchini, eggplant.

Fry the meat in sunflower oil.

Then the meat put the onions and fry further.

Lay the carrots and Khmeli-suneli fry for further few minutes. Forgot to take a picture. Then lay the tomato and simmer until the juice. Always stir from time to time because it can burn if not yet formed enough juice.

Put the pepper. Simmer until it begins to dip in the juice. Periodically stir.

Put the eggplant. Waiting for juice. This picture clearly shows approximately how many stood out of juice before the next tab page, I really took a picture after a handful of eggplant.

Lay the zucchini.

Well, put the garlic. I put in 5 minutes we love it hot. Or 10 minutes for flavor. Simmer until cooked zucchini. Stirring occasionally, I always have a different juice stands out so evenly cooked that stir. Here and ready.
